Hello,
Great job with the oral history! My Dad was born in Brymbo, and my wife and I made a trip there a few years ago and it just made me want to return again one day. My grandparents were John Pugh and Hanna Hughes, who came to the states with my Dad and Uncle Leslie.
Is Reg related to Mike Parry ? ( a cousin of mine )
                         Thanks,
                        Bill Pugh

Wow, amazing blog layout! How long have you ever been blogging for? you made blogging look easy. The full glance of your web site is excellent, as neatly as the content!

my friend, Geoffrey Sweeting, remembers visiting Grandparents Eliza (nee Roberts) and Thomas J. Williams at Lodge, Brymbo in the 50s and 60s.
His uncles were Trevor and Joseph Williams. Does anyone remember them?

Walter was a really interesting chap when I knew him, always ready to help and full of fun, and so nice to hear him talking about the foundry where I spent many hours working and chatting to him and his staff.

On behalf of Brymbo Heritage Group I would like to say a big thank you to Keith, for arranging the plaque to be made and organising a stone mason to fit it. Brymbo now has it's second plaque showing the heritage of Brymbo. Thank you.
